Univentum Labs Ltd. – the Special Purpose Vehicle of the University of Gdańsk

Univentum Labs Ltd. is the special purpose company of the University of Gdańsk, established in 2014.
Its main mission is to transfer knowledge by commercialising the results of scientific research and development work, as well as to support university researchers in creating new business entities — such as spin-off companies.
Our offer is aimed not only at the employees, doctoral students, and students of the University of Gdańsk, but also at enterprises and investors interested in implementing or commissioning R&D projects.
We serve as a bridge between academia and business, striving to create an innovative foundation for the Polish economy.
